• Due to individual production, returns or exchanges are not possible due to a change of mind, color preference, or size issues.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Halllis within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photos showing the issue.

• Confirmed damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded after review.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Halllis is responsible for the issue.
